Type to filter, results are ranked, and the best match is selected and scrolled into view automatically. Query syntax: space-separated terms are ANDed, "quoted" terms match literally, -term excludes. Toggles for case sensitivity, fuzzy subsequence matching, selected-tracks-only scope, and matching against source filename or item notes. A "Find in ME" button sends the current match's name to the Media Explorer search field, then selects and previews the first result. Searching itself needs no extensions; that one button needs js_ReaScriptAPI + SWS and renders disabled without them, and SWS alone enables clipboard copy/paste in the search box.

Because REAPER's Normalize writes its result to take volume, this is how you move a normalize gain onto the item handle. On multi-take items the other takes are divided by the same factor so they keep sounding identical. Polarity flip lives on the take and stays there — only the magnitude is transferred; take volume envelopes are a separate multiplier and are left untouched. A dialog compares the AAF's sample rate, frame rate and start timecode with the project's and lets you choose, per setting, which one to keep; the AAF's first frame lands at the project start or at the edit cursor. Tracks arrive in a folder (named after the AAF, SOURCE, or a custom name) at the bottom of the project with the AAF's markers and regions, plus a video track when a video is found or chosen. Optional rpp-postproc steps -- rename from iXML, color by prefix, backup tracks (muted, hidden, track controls locked), video region -- are ticked per run and remembered. If the AAF names no video, a .mp4/.mov next to it is offered. Waveforms are built right after the import. Stereo clips Resolve rendered as two mono files are merged into .ST.wav (or kept as two panned takes), and imported volume/pan envelopes can be removed, or track volume/pan automation moved onto the items' takes as take envelopes. Optionally sets =START / =END markers and a region named after the AAF over the imported items. The converted .rpp and logs are kept next to the project. One undo step; tempo is never touched. Requires aaf2rpp 0.3.0+ and rpp-postproc 0.3.0+; REAPER 7, or SWS on older versions, to change frame rate and start timecode.

Builds a clean, continuous room tone from the pauses in the selected dialogue items. All selected boom/lav items are pooled: speech is detected per item (speech-band RMS against an adaptive noise floor, with hysteresis and pre/post-roll padding) and cut out, segments with clicks (crest factor) or an off level are dropped, and the rest are stitched with slow equal-power crossfades. A dockable window holds the sliders; every change rebuilds a live, color-coded preview on a ROOM TONE track below the sources. Target length 0 uses every segment once; above 0 the segments are shuffled (never the same one twice in a row) to fill it, with a Shuffle button. Process glues the preview into one new file named after the first source take (_RT, then _02, _03...), in one undo step, leaving no -glued file behind. A time selection limits the analysis. Source items are never changed. Closing the window removes the preview. Requires ReaImGui.

<changelog>Finds far more pauses in real dialogue. The crossfade now adapts: long pauses get the full Crossfade value, a pause too short for it gets a shorter one (at most half of either segment), so pauses down to Min segment are used instead of only those over twice the crossfade (1.5 s by default). Pre-roll, post-roll and Min segment default to their lowest (0 ms, 0 ms, 0.3 s); slider values saved by 1.0 are reset once so the new defaults apply. New layout for a wide, low docker: Analyze, Process and Defaults on top with the position, Shuffle and status in the same row (wrapping when narrow), and the sliders below in 8, 4, 2 or 1 columns to fit the width. Shorter slider labels. Hover the item count for each item's measured noise floor.</changelog>

<changelog>Fix attempt for a script error ("attempt to compare number with nil", followed by ReaImGui's "Missing End()") that stopped the window. Analyze and Process now run between frames instead of in the middle of drawing the window. Errors during analysis, preview or Process no longer stop the script: the window shows the message and the REAPER console gets the full error with line numbers to send in; Re-analyze starts over. The Process button no longer reads as disabled when no project was set yet.</changelog>

<changelog>Fixes the analysis: in REAPER the take audio accessor returned silence, so no speech was ever found and every item was used whole. WAV files (BWF / RF64, 16/24/32-bit, float) are now read straight from disk; other formats still use the accessor, now at the source's own sample rate. A take that reads as digital silence is skipped and listed in the console instead of being used as room tone. Anything already on the ROOM TONE track is kept: the script only removes items it made itself in the current session (1.3 also removed preview items saved in the project by an earlier session). Undo: the first preview of an analysis is one undo point (Room tone preview); Ctrl+Z removes it and a slider move brings it back; undoing Process brings the live preview back. The window follows the active project tab: switching tabs removes the preview from the tab left behind. Threshold goes up to 40 dB.</changelog>

Renders each selected item to its own file through its track: track FX, volume and pan included, master and parent folders bypassed (a stem). Files are named after the track and numbered in timeline order ("Rock impact large 01", "Rock impact large 02"...); tracks with the same name share one numbering, so they never overwrite each other's files. Uses temporary regions and the Region Render Matrix with the format and output folder set in the Render dialog. Only the source (switched to the matrix, other render options kept), bounds and file name pattern change for the render; they are restored afterwards, together with any existing Region Render Matrix assignments, even if the render fails. Optional tail for reverb and delay (CONFIG.TAIL_SEC). The REAPER console lists the files written, and any that were not. A render covers everything the track plays in the item's time range, so overlapping items on one track end up in each other's files. No undo point. No extensions required.
